We operate our coating line with performance and efficiency in mind. Our systems are designed to optimize quality and consistency.

By developing hanging and racking systems that best suit our customers products, we insure the quality that they deserve.

All parts are hand inspected and tested for adhesion, film thickness, and cure. Each production run is documented with quality control reports and paint room audits to insure the finest possible coating.

Our system includes:

• over 1200 feet of paint line conveyor
• 400 feet of oven track
• a new Nordson 2000 Versa-Spray powder booth
• Milbanks washers and ovens
• the flexibility to coat multiple shapes, sizes, quantities and colors.

As the largest manufacturer of HTVRO reflectors in the world, we have over 10 years of experience in substrate pre-treatment, high volume powder application, and custom packaging.

Our technical staff will help you select the right coatings to achieve the performance and decorative properties your products deserve. We have the technology to offer the following qualities with our coatings:
